Children are not robots. They do not need to be educated in a factory setting. Anyone who tells you there needs to be a "balance" of play and academics is serio...usly misled about how child development works. Educators and schools with such grave misunderstandings about children's development are very common in today's society. It's not an "opinion". It's not a "philosophy". Children must be provided with developmentally appropriate environments in order to build a positive relationship with the idea of education. Hating and bemoaning school is not normal. #LetKidsBeKids
