Dear friends, family and community supporters, In 2017, we found ourselves in a tricky situation in which we could not afford to stay in our beloved studio home without finding someone to share the space with. We were lucky enough to find a sub-leaser in a short timeframe and have been sharing the space with until now. Our studio mate has recently informed us that, due to the financial strain caused by COVID-19, they are giving their notice. So here we are again, reaching ou...t to the community to find a sub-leaser! We are looking for an individual, collective, and/or organization to share our beautiful 1100 sq ft. space. We are open to creative ways of sharing the space.Leasing would begin December 1st 2020, negotiable. $1381/month plus shared utilities and internet. Paperhouse is taking 2 months (until November 1st 2020) to find a sub-leaser and at that point if we do not find a suitable one, we will be forced to give notice for re-location. We are committed to the vision of Paperhouse, so, we will continue to explore all possible action plans.
