Der Umbau der Mittelschicht an dieser 3-Lagen Kartonma...schine bietet unserem Kunden das größte Potenzial zur Verbesserung seiner Papier-/Kartoneigenschaften. Mit den neuen automatisch verstellbaren Einheiten (Höhe und Winkel) kann er seine Entwässerung und die Stoffaktivität für jede Sorte separat bis zum Maximum optimieren. Zusammen mit unserem EVA-Vakuumregelsystem und der Modifikation der bestehenden Vakuumleitungen kann die Entwässerung jedes Elements so genau wie erforderlich eingestellt und gesteuert werden. Inweld Oy Betamet **************** Currently a further iTABLE was started-up at one of our valued customers in Finland! This rebuild on a 3-layer board machine gives our customer the highest potential to improve their paper and board properties. The new automatic (angle- and height) adjustable units allow optimization of drainage and stock activity level for each grade separately to it's maximum. Together with our EVA vacuum control system and the modification of the existing vacuum piping, the dewatering of each element can be controlled as accurate as required.
