This mobile home had leaking windows and patio doors which lead to some issues. They ere poor quality and installed improperly. Time for new ones... First thing was to replace some structure under the old door and add a new flashing to stop that water pentration. For the windows it was a matter of repairing the siding and adding a head flashing to kick the water away from the top of the window. Once the floor was repaired, new vinyl plank tiles were layed in the kitchen and back entry for a more modern look.

This is a half duplex that was in need up some updating in order to garner a higher rent dollar. The old paint was pretty rediculous as well as the old carpet. Aproximately 900 sq ft of laminate flooring was laid as well as vinyl tiles in the bathroom. A new vanity and mirror and fixtures spruce the bathroom up nicely. New recepticals, switches and light fixtures add an updated look as well. New window trim and baseboards to finish everything off.

This 2nd story deck over the basement walkout adds 2 outdoor living areas to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening BBQ. Timbertech composite decking and Regal railing create a very modern look as well as a maintenance free, 25 year lifespan.

This was a project done for a company with a 3600 sq ft shop with 1200ft office space in front. Upstairs was unfinished until they decided to add an office and boardroom. Why not add a kithcenette and bathroom while you're at it?

This is house belonging to a local oilfield company that provides rooms for their employees. Given the differing shifts of the 6 or 7 people living at the house, it only made sense to add an additional kitchen downstairs.
