1. Please arrive on time. Upon arrival for your appointment, please wait in your car and call us at 905-257-9800. No waiting inside the spa. 2. Clients need to wear face masks at all times. You can also purchase one for $1 at the front desk. 3. Please wash/sanitize your hands upon arrival.... 4. No food or drinks inside the spa. 5. Please do not enter if you are having flu-like symptoms (like fever, cough, sore throat) or generally feeling unwell, or have travelled in the past 14 days. 6. Please keep 6ft or 2m apart. 7. We are only taking bookings by appointment (no walk-ins). When calling us to book, please let us know the exact services you need as we cannot add any additional services during the appointment. 8. Please do not bring any guests. 9. Our services will be limited due to mandatory safety regulations. For example, we are not providing the following services at this time: face wax, facials, eyelash extensions, hot towel treatments.
