Our hours of operation will remain the same for the time being. Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm Friday & Saturday 9am- 11pm... Sunday. 9am- 9pm Please note if it is busy we will stay open later. Good evening Minaki Residents, Visitors & anyone in the area. I would just like to announce that Paradise Cove Restaurant & Bar will be opening on Friday May 22nd at 11:00 am for the season. We will be following the strict guidelines set forth by the Ontario government regarding the Covid 19, social distancing will be a must, we will do take out and possibly delivery around the Minaki area for those that are not able to leave their home. As soon as we are able to we will ...open our restaurant and patio for sit down meals still following the government guidelines...for safety reasons and I cant afford the fines HAHAHA!! Just to let you know what is new this year. I have been working hard on planning our second year to be even bigger and better than last year. Hopefully with the challenges ahead of us it will still be a great year for everyone. Duane has been very supportive and accommodating and a big thank you goes out to him. We have a new Chicken Program this year that I like to call MFC...Minaki Fried Chicken. We will have individual dinners and family meals as well. We have also picked up a ne Pizza oven to make those delicious pizzas last year tast even better and come out of the oven quicker. Along with a Pizza Prep Table. We also have a new popcorn machine that will be popping out great treats not only for the bar but this year we will have take out bags so you can enjoy them at home. We will have two flavors of Slushies this year so you have your choice of flavors. We gave the kitchen a fresh coat of paint, but it will be the same good quality food you came to expect last season. There is also an ATM in the restaurant now for your convenience. My hours at the moment are not marked in stone it will depend how the business is going if we are busy later we will stay open later. If you have a special request please do not hesitate to call me so that I can accommodate you (opening early, staying late, preparing your order ahead of time etc.) Lets get through these tough times together. The Ontario government also allows Alcohol sales for take out and delivery and I will have more information on that later. I will be arriving on Monday in Minaki and look forward talking to you really soon. I hope you are all as excited as I am. I have many more ideas for the restaurant when it re-opens to the new normal and also welcome any ideas you may have. Thanks again and I have included a copy of my revised takeout menu.
