Now that the hustle and bustle of the season is over, start the new year off right with something for your mind, body and spirit. Come to a Yoga class and enjoy the many benefits of Yoga to help get you through your day, your week and your year ahead. We start with breathing exercises to keep you grounded and to help you de-stress from your busy schedules. The asanas will help keep you strong, flexible and healthy the whole year through.

Come to a New Year's Eve morning Yoga class at Barbara Ashley's Dance Studio in Paradise This class is free for everyone. Feel free to bring a friend, a spouse, a sibling, a pet etc. ... I hope to see you there at 10:30 am Namaste Louise
