The Hunting & Fishing season in British Columbia is about to begin! Paradise Point is located in Central British Columbia, not far from Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, where hunting is allowed. Our family has this property under contract. We hope to have them available to Paradise Point at Nimpo Lake next spring. Here at Paradise Point at Nimpo Lake , Bear hunting is always great in BC! Our friends hunt the Nimpo/Charlotte lake area and six bears were taken by our group ...of hunters in the first week of the season. Nothing from these bears are wasted. The hides are tanned for throws and boots and the meat is turned into breakfast sausage and the best pepperoni you have ever had. People are encouraged to hunt bears throughout BC, because they are one of the prime predators for moose calves, the population of which has been in the decline. Hopefully the hunting will get the moose population back up.

Our limit was five, and now its EIGHT trout a day! Come catch your limit at Nimpo Lake!

Pacific Coastal Red Snapper, Halibut, and Salmon fishing is available at Port Hardy, British Columbia just a ferry ride away departing Bella Coola, British Columbia. We fish here and love it!

The Coho were late but we fished hard anyway. Just a few hookups and a couple of fish, but we'll catch a bunch at Port Hardy again next year.

Count the Grizzlies, and if you don't find three you might be lunch.

Bullwinkle bit the dust to the Colonel's agile shot! We called him in close to the road, only had to carry him 150ft.

Interior of the new cabin is beginning to take shape. All that's left to do is finish the railing of the deck and the stairs, new furniture and rugs in the spring.
