Our President is a winner again! We are very pleased to share that Kevin Sanjari, President Paragon Security has won President of the Year Canada in CV International Business Magazines Global 100 2020 Awards. This is the 2nd year Kevin has won this award. Paragon Security would like to thank our Security Team at Harbour Plaza for going above and beyond the call of duty and exercising professionalism with a level headed, calm approach during difficult situations. Today we are recognizing Daud and John from Harbour Plaza (pictured with Client Service Manager Darshan Krishnamurthy) for their swift response that helped save a life during a recent incident. Congratulations to Nyi Nyi Maw from Humber Lakeshore campus who has achieved employee of the quarter. Nyi Nyi have been working full time at Humber for over 9 years and has no unexcused absences in all of his years worked, his attendance and punctuality have never been an issue and Nyi Nyi has done whatever it takes to make sure the job gets done. Nyi Nyi, thanks for doing everything you do and for always being a professional at Humber. You are a valuable member of this team and we are fortunate to have you as part of the Humber and Paragon families.

Bruce Findlay and Steve Reynlods of our Building Services Team at 199 Bay St. always strive to provide top notch service. Their work is hard but they enjoy it and are very good at it. Recently they saw a Client struggling with a large delivery of goods in the Loading Dock and not having an easy time of it. Without being asked or prompted they offered a hand. A job that would have taken several hours for one person took less than an hour with three. This was not something tha...t was part of their duties nor something that anyone was paying them for. Simple act of kindness and compassion not to mention above and beyond Customer Service. Paragon Building Services Team at its best! Great work gentlemen, thank you!!

Paragon Security Team Blue Management and our client at Quadreal recently had to pleasure to present Life Saver Certificates of Achievement to A Platoon at Commerce Court for saving a life. We did feature the story several months ago however they were nominated for the Lifesaver Award and got runner up. Amazing work! On Saturday June 27th, Commerce Court Security observed a possible medical involving a male who appeared to have collapsed. Upon arrival, Security learned the male had overdosed and found him face up being tended to by 2 passersby; one of whom had began CPR, and the other that had administered one dose of Narcan. Security Team responders immediately began first-aid and assisted with CPR as the male did not have a pulse, nor was he breathing. Upon the arrival of additional Narcan inhalers, Security administered four more doses as the male remained unresponsive following the initial three doses. Following the fourth dose, the male’s pulse returned, he began breathing on his own and CPR was ceased. Shortly after he regained consciousness, Toronto Paramedics, Fire and Police Services arrived and took over patient care; by this time, the male was fully conscious and breathing on his own without difficulty.
