Hello to all our clients and visitors! As you begin the weekend and enjoy beautiful weather on the roads, we wanted to share with you a quick public service announcement: Our office has lately noticed a trend of red-light camera tickets being issued to individuals who did not, in fact, proceed through red lights, but turned too far into the intersection while making safe and legal right-turns at red lights, triggering the sensors for the red-light cameras. This has generally ...taken place on large intersections where wide turns are encouraged by the engineering of the roadway. To avoid this, please take extra care while making your turns at such intersections and make your right-hand maneuvers as safely and efficiently as possible, without maneuvering too far into the intersection. In the event that you receive a red-light ticket under these circumstances, drop in at the Parallax office and we'll be pleased to do all we can to help you out.
