Erin is a professional Human Ecologist who spent the last four years teaching educators, teens, and their parents about mental heal...th. She is a first time mom to a passionate 6 month old named Oliver. He’s an active little guy who hates sitting still. Erin loves to travel, ski, dance, and basically do anything outside. Erin will be talking about the mental health continuum and how intentional self-care can help promote positive mental health and build resilience. Real talk- this week has pulled on my heart strings. I’ve got a teething/sick little man. It’s so hard to see our babies in pain. It’s hard not to worry when he doesn’t act like his usual self.
