We are currently hiring an Inventory Control Manager based out of our Corporate office in Miami Lakes, FL. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Perfumes 4U is a family owned and operated perfume retail company that has been in business since 2001. We have been working hard to offer high-end products to our valued customers both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities... Oversees the Inventory Control and Loss Prevention Department and supervises personnel in that department Completes audits of operational, safety and inventory control related procedures and implements necessary changes/updates Demonstrate initiative to continually improve performance and work processes through problem solving, feedback, and generating of ideas Responsible for managing inventory integrity for multiple stores Conduct, supervise and verify accuracy of weekly Cycle Counts Provide training of current and new store managers in all appropriate procedures and processes as per Company policies and procedures Ensure compliance and consistency of policies and procedures surrounding inventory control and loss prevention Research product issues and provide a quick problem resolution to allow proper inventory flow to the stores Perform routine audits of products Work with the Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely receiving of Purchase Orders by store manager and assists in Charge Back resolution. Facilitate monetary collection in conjunction with the Accounting Department Provide assistance and directions to colleagues as needed and assist in Human Resources investigations Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timeline Prevents the loss of company assets and ensures all security systems (including cameras and alarm systems) are functioning properly in all stores. Monitoring the stores’ potential risk and alarm functions including InstaKey Reviews and audits Over and Short Register reporting Ensures compliance with the Monetary Acceptance Policy at the store level Direct the planning execution and reconciliation of inventory Assist in store opening procedures Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred Bilingual a plus PC literate Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
