Attention Members: The PARC executive have decided to post pone the AGM until the new year. With the rising number of COVID cases in the area we feel this decision is in the best safety of our members. We want to reassure you all we do plan on continuing in 2021 and can't wait to see you all again soon.

Happy New Years to all our members current and past! Good news, we are starting to plan the 2021 show season. As we are unsure of when/if we can hold a AGM we will be reaching out to our 2018/2019 members over the next few days so that the planning can start. We can't wait to get the ball rolling and we are so excited the the 2021 show season!

Just a reminder RSVPS for the AGM are due November 1st. If you have not RSVP yet, please do so by emailing [email protected] Also a email was sent to all 2019/2020 members in regards to the AGM, so please check your inbox and respond back whether you plan on attending the AGM or not. Your input is needed :) Thanks!

Reminder PARC members... If you wish to attend the AGM on November 14th you must RSVP by November 1st. Due to COVID regulations we are only allowed 30 members (including the executive) in the meeting. You can send your RSVP to: [email protected] Again due to the limit of members allowed to attend the meeting we are asking only one person from each household RSVP. PARC AGM will he held on November 14th 2020 at the PA Exhibition Hall starting at 2:00 PM. There will NOT be a banquet this year, only a meeting. In following COVID regulations we ask that you RSVP via email to [email protected] no later than November 1st and only one representative per household can attend. If you had a paid membership in 2019 or 2020 you are eligible to attend the AGM. We are asking if you have any items to add to the agenda to please email them in with your RSVP.
