I hope everyone had a safe and happy Canada Day Thank you for your ongoing support as we navigated the reopening of the shop and all the understanding with our new regulations. The opening of our shop would not have run as smooth as it did without the help of each and everyone of you! NEW policies and procedures from Paris and Co. As we prepare to reopen tomorrow, Paris and Co. has a few new procedures put in place as we continue to keep a healthy environment. New Implementations: ... - Paris and Co. will be only be accepting 1 dog per hour to maintain minimal traffic - Between each grooming the space will be sanitized - A plexiglass shield has been put in place in front of the shop - Hand sanitizer is readily available - Each groomer has their own set of disposable PPE that will be changed between each grooming (disposable aprons, masks and gloves) - Walk-ins are unavailable until further notice For Pick-Up/Drop-Off: - Please call when you have arrived for your appointment, our groomers will meet you at your car where we will accept your dog - Please be advised that your pet will be transported in a slip leash and any collars and leashes can either be left on your person or in a ziplock bag at our shop. We will not be placing the collars/leashes back on your pet - Your pet will be with us a for a minimum of 2 hours (per dog) and we will call you with 30 minutes notice of when they will be ready - We will be accepting debit or e-transfer options. If e-transfer is your preferred method of payment, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide the necessary information. Payment will be accepted upon your arrival from which your pet will then be walked back on a slip leash by one of our groomers. We are so very excited to see everyone again. Your cooperation and support will be invaluable in helping our efforts as we navigate the foreseeable future.
