Do you have a soft liner in your denture? Soft liners can make a world of difference for some people but due to the fact that the material is softer it can break down within a few years and is prone to staining and harbouring bacteria. You don’t have to live with a denture that looks like the one in top of this picture. We can make your denture look like new in one day! Call us today for your free consultation. 519-997-7799

After being with us for over five years Deb has retired. She has been an indispensable part of my office and helped both myself and my family through the darkest period in our lives. In many ways she made our office what it is today. We couldn't have done it without her and are truly blessed to have been able to have her with us for these years. Thank you, Deb! We hope you enjoy retirement and the extra time you get to spend with the grand children!

UPDATE: We are happy to announce that we are open for business! Thank you to everyone who has been so very patient over the past 86 days that we have been closed. Our first priorities are going to be taking care of those who have had their dentures break or have been in need of adjustments to their dentures while we’ve been closed. We will then focus on finishing all of the dentures that were being fabricated when the lock down started. Once this is taken care of we will... resume booking new patients. The health and safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance to us. In order to keep our patients and staff safe you will notice numerous changes to our office procedures at your next visit that have been imposed on us. I’d like to take the time to explain what some of these changes will be. Walk in appointments will no longer be accepted. You must have an appointment in order to be seen, repairs included. We understand that this will mean that we are not able to see the volume of people that we once did and that it will take longer to have an appointment with us. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Our door will remain locked at all times. Please call us from your vehicle once you arrive and we will let you know when you can come in. Masks will need to be worn while you are in the office. Please remember to bring a mask from home if you have one. You will be given a health questionnaire and have your temperature taken prior to being allowed into the office for treatment. Whenever possible, we will be e-mailing out all documents that would normally be filled out while you’re in the office. You can fill these documents out at home and either email them back to us or print them and bring them in with you during your visit. Thank you for your patience as we adjust to our new normal. We look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces!

UPDATE: We have been given the go-ahead to reopen our office, however, we are still waiting for some needed PPE(personal protective equipment) and equipment to be delivered as well as modifications to our office to be completed so that we can comply with new guidelines. Due to the ongoing pandemic these items are taking much longer to receive than normal and without them we cannot open our doors. We want to make sure that your visit with us is as safe as possible so please bear with us as we await our shipments. We look forward to seeing you all in the near future!

UPDATE: Yesterday the government of Ontario extended the Emergency Order until at least June 2nd. This means that at least until June 2nd our office remains closed. Many of you were undergoing treatment at the time that we had to close our doors and are anxiously waiting to resume treatment. I also know many of you are waiting to start treatment. I know this is a large inconvenience for you. I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. We have not forgotten about you and look forward to seeing you again!

UPDATE: On April 14th the Ontario provincial government extended the declaration of emergency until May 12th. With the extension of this declaration our office will remain closed until at least May 12th to all general care. We will provide emergency care only after evaluating the risk of not receiving treatment vs the risk of exposure to COVID-19. As always, thank you for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE: On March 16, 2020 the College of Denturists of Ontario had strongly suggested that all denturist offices cease treatment and limit their practice to emergencies only. It was explained that the situation would be re-evaluated on April 6, 2020. Following the College's suggestion I closed the Parisien Denture Clinic on March 16, 2020. On March 19, 2020 the Chief Medical Officer of Health mandated that all Regulated Health Professionals(which as a denturist, I am) l...imit their practice to only emergency treatment. At this time my office is still closed to general treatment but will accept emergency treatment. Emergency cases will be individually evaluated for the risk of not receiving treatment vs. risk of potential exposure to the coronavirus. Emergencies include: Severe pain in your mouth caused by a denture, a broken denture, lost denture or any other emergency that is preventing you from eating with your denture. If you do have an emergency please call us at 519-997-7799 and let us know the nature of your emergency. We will return your call shortly. Until further notice my office remains closed to general treatment indefinitely until a time that the state of emergency is lifted. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. I look forward to the day when I can re-open my doors and see all of your smiling faces again. Stay safe, stay healthy. Kind regards, Barry Parisien DD
