Voting Is Now Open! Steers Insurance is giving away a combined $10,000 to three local charities this holiday season. Vote for the Teen Challenge Atlantic Hope W...omen’s Centre Today! https://www.teenchallenge.ca/ahwc-vote-today Although the initial idea was to only have a top 10 list of charities to vote on, Steers had over 500 submissions with over 60 different charities. So instead, they chose to have a top 20 list, and the Teen Challenge Atlantic Hope Women’s Centre has made the list for 2020! The charity with the most votes will receive $5,000, followed by $3,000 for the second place and $2,000 for the third. Winning this contest would mean a great deal for the Atlantic Hope Women’s Centre. This is a reminder that the funeral service for the late Daisy Williams taking place today at Park Avenue Church is a PRIVATE funeral. With a limited number of participants due to Covid19 restrictions, this is a necessary step to take to ensure the invited attendees are able to participate in the funeral. It is with deepest sadness we announce the passing of Daisy Williams, a beloved member of our Park Avenue Church family. Daisy will be laid to rest early next week in a private, closed family funeral. Please join us in praying for the Williams family in the days and months ahead that the comfort and peace of Christ will be their portion.

We LOVE having kids in the house whenever our doors are open and especially when we gather for worship on Sunday mornings! To help our little ones engage in our service we are providing these kids worship kits each week for our children. This week our kids will find few yummy treats and a fun activity to help them think about WORSHIP - that’s exactly what Pastor Ashley will be preaching on. ...
