Hi Everyone, here is an update from Tracy! Finally we have been given the OK to start resuming Reflexology Sessions again at all clinics. I am looking so forward to seeing each of you! There are a few protocols for each clinic that will now be in place in order to continue to provide safe distancing as we navigate our way through this Covid-19 safety measures. I will be in touch with anyone that has an appointment already in place to go over these protocols.... Prior to appointments I will be contacting anyone 2 days prior to their appointment to confirm the date and time and also to ask the protocol safety questions. Arrival at appointment Depending on the clinic location, there will be arrival protocols in place to guarantee that we have the appropriate amount of people in our lobby as per province regulations. Temperature may be checked upon your arrival as well. There will be a quick COVID questionnaire that you will be asked as well. I know these may seem redundant but they are necessary. I ask you to please answer each of them as best as you can as this will help protect everyone. I am providing a paper mask to each of my clients upon your arrival to wear during your stay at the clinic. Please also use the hand sanitizer provided when you arrive. I will instruct each of you prior to your arrival how the clinic is handling the arrival protocols. During your appointment For the near future, I am only doing Reflexology sessions. Reiki sessions do not provide the safe distance around the facial area that the province outlines. Once these restrictions ease up, I will return to Reiki sessions as well. During the Reflexology sessions I too will be wearing a mask and you can rest assured that every piece of linen will be changed and is fresh for each person. As well, the room and all touch services will be cleansed in between each client thoroughly. After your appointment Once your session is finished, I will let you know when it is your turn to come to the front to check out and schedule your next appointment- so we can keep up with the waiting room being less populated. I appreciate your support as we navigate ourselves throughout this new kind of situation. I am happy to be back and look forward to helping your feet to feel great again!
