There is room in April's free Friday morning class, this month we feature chair yoga from 9:30-10:00 am on Zoom. A chair is a great prop to use for all levels and is optional, the sequence can be done sitting and standing on your mat as well. Curious? Join us and breathe into a lovely morning start.
