A Man and his Peonies!!! With all the heat, this week the peonies are starting to show some colour. I also did my very first peony cross this morning with two different tenuifolia hybrids. Time will tell if they are fertile parents.

First to bloom in our field is p. Tenuifolia var Yaremko. What an amazing specimen. Structure of this peony is very impressive, as it forms a nice large rounded bush. A must have for any gardener who loves peonies.
