Good help is hard to find... you have to take what you can get!

Winter has been cold and wonderful this year. Lots of snow and we did have -20 degree temperatures for a few weeks, but now up around the freezing mark. Wonderful for snowshoeing and cross country skiing, bonfires and hot beverages afterwards. The lake froze over as well with skating and hockey going on, on the Lake Perfect conditions for fun in the winter this year.

It has been pretty quiet on here lately, and i am currently in England on holiday, and Peter does not do facebook. There will be BIG things and new photos coming in the next week or so

What a great summer! It is so rewarding when you have wonderful guests, that appreciate your efforts .

It has been a long while since posting on here. I have at last, the use of the left arm and hand back and able to use my fingers to type. I have many spring photos to upload and share as well, they are coming. But today we lost a good friend and longest, and oldest customer.. At the age of 91 he has passed on leaving us with great memories from the last 21 years..Dennis had stayed here every year with every owner, in the same room since Parklane was built which spanned 53 years. He was a great old Englishman full of whit and humor till his end, and we will miss him dearly. Rest in peace Den.

What another gorgeous day in Christina Lake. Lots and lots of rock moved today, watch for new photos coming soon.
