Happy Friday everyone! This week we have been discussing All About Me which has let into Feelings & Emotions. As we know as Parents and Educators, sometimes these emotions for children are quite strong, so I began to research and found a great article to help with social-emotional regulation. Also a great movie to watch that helps explain emotions is Disney's Pixar: Inside Out. Today as apart of our Active Play to keep our bodies moving, we did Cosmic Kids Frozen Themed Yoga. Yoga aids our body with flexibility, balance and practicing active listening with following directions. Namaste

Happy New Year!!! We managed to get outside and enjoy the snow the morning Although we couldn't build snowmen, we spent lots of time digging with our shovels.

Santa just came and dropped off presents for the daycare today :)
