Parodia Paintings

Just recently I started to use clay to make sculptures and other things. I’m interested in making incense holders, ash trays, jewelry holders and actual sculptures., so if anyone has any tips or ideas for clay pieces, I’m open to anything I will be posting some of my clay work when they are finished.

Newest piece for school, prompt was Dark Star and with the help of my mom I decided to do a drawing of Marilyn Manson and include phrases from articles and headlines currently circulating about this controversial celebrity. As someone who knows people who looked up to Manson before everything came out, he is my definition of a Dark Star. Photos are with and without flash to show the real colours. This piece was done with pencil crayons and paper. :)

My latest pencil crayon drawing for a distortion piece for school. This piece represents my struggles with mental illness and how I feel internally on those really hard days. It’s the calm before the storm, or the empty emotional state to the beyond intense unimaginable emotions. This piece is called Life Dragged On.

Crystal Perception, a piece about balance and energy. This painting is inspired by abstract expressionism. She is a reflection of yin and yang, both arms different directions with her legs crossed, also a self reflection of my expressive style, extremely bright and colourful hair, confidence and the crystals. The lines represent the energy of the girl and crystals behind her, this is my interpretation of what energy would look like. This piece is for sale currently for 150$ and I’m hoping she can have a good home
