Parrish House Photos

This amazing couple has been with us from the start of this business. The gallery wall in their house is filled with 90% photos that I've taken, from when they were first dating to their engagement and wedding then to the birth of their first baby and now to the anticipation of their second little one. J&R, you guys are gorgeous in front of the camera! Just as much now as you were first engaged. Love you guys!!

Gotta love those sweet moments...

This little lady was welcomed into her amazing family through the miracle of adoption. We've known her parents for a few years now and when we heard that their mysterious trip the week before was to pick up their brand new baby girl at the hospital - well, it was the best thing I'd heard in a long time! The whispered words "I have a daughter" have never been meant more. Little L you are soooo loved! And we are soooo happy to get to know you!

So what's up? What are you doing this fall to remind yourself of what's most important in your life? For me, my husband's birthday is coming up this week, so its about scheduling some good food, thoughtful intentional gifts (he doesn't like a lot of stuff), and quality time for him with close friends. #backtobasics #familytime #priorities

One of my favourite things to photograph are those unplanned, completely genuine expressions. When photographing littles there are no guarantees for perfectly posed portraits, but there are always genuine moments. And those are the ones that we treasure and return to look at as the years pass. This little man is such a happy little man... active and adventurous and always on the go, but very happy and his smile melts my heart every time. #adorable
