I had this wooden tray with a shallow bowl in it that needed a makeover. The slot in it holds a cel phone or photo frame. It would be great for a phone charging station or if you have a recipe you want to follow on your phone, etc. I added this sweet photo of my husband and the sweetest boy for keys, change, glasses etc. . I used the same paint and design as the wooden bowls I did before. Reuse. Repurpose. Recycle.

I hated my vertical blinds so I built some barn doors. I am a staining artist and used minwax stain to create some of my art on them. I used bypass hardware so one door would sit/roll behind the other. To see more of my work here is my Facebook page Memaw's House

The smell of white lilacs in the house is beautiful.... I love decorating with real flowers and more flowering plants seem to jump into my cart at the garden center!
