Hello! Partners in Parenting currently has 5 Permanent Full Time positions available within our various residential supported living programs. All positions do require access to a vehicle and a valid G Driver's License (only exception to the license is the overnight role).... 1) Full Time 40 Hours/Week - location in Navan. Rotation is Tuesdays to Saturdays 2pm-10pm. This position entails supporting 4 individuals with dual diagnosis and behaviour management. Must have experience managing challenging behaviours and mental health. 2) Full Time 36 Hours/Week - location in Greely. Rotation is Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays 9pm-9am (overnight awake). This position supports 3-4 clients. Variety of total care and higher functioning clients so must have experience with personal care (lifts/transfers/brief changes/showers etc.) and managing challenging behaviours. 3) Full Time 42 Hours/Week - location in Munster. Rotation is Tuesdays 12pm-8pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 7am - 3pm and Saturdays 10am -8pm. This position is a variety of 1:1 shifts and general residential shifts supporting clients on the autism spectrum. Must have autism experience and ability to handle challenging behaviours. ABC documentation, re-direction, de-escalation experience required. 4) Full Time 36 Hours/ Week - locations in Munster & Stittsville. Two week rotation: Week 1: 2-10 pm on Mon/Tues/ Thurs/Fri = 32 hrs. Week 2: 2- 10 pm Sat/Sun/ Wed /Thurs/Fri = 40 hrs. Ability to work between both locations - one supports clients on the autism spectrum, the other supports more medically fragile but higher functioning clients. 5) Full Time 36 Hours/ Week - locations in Herongate & Merivale. Two week rotation: Week 1: 2-10 pm on Mon/Tues/ Thurs/Fri = 32 hrs. Week 2: 2- 10 pm Sat/Sun/ Wed /Thurs/Fri = 40 hrs. Locations support nonverbal clients on the autism spectrum.
