L2T (Learning to Train) Dryland course(s) in October 2020: This is the first part of the training for leaders of Trak Attack age (past Jackrabbit level). Mark Tierney will be the Facilitator and will decide dates and locations depending on interest. Please respond asap so that he can plan his time. He said he could potentially teach one in the east and one in the west, if interest was there. Note that there is also a similar on-snow course required to complete the traini...ng for L2T, which could be scheduled this winter. Time for each course is two days and cost $100. COVID safety guidelines will be respected in delivery of the course. LF's Required .... There is a potential training opportunity to become a Learning Facilitator for community coaching courses. This opportunity will be happening in New Brunswick in late November. There is a great need for more LF’s in the province. Prerequisite is CC Certified as a minimum, L2T trained preferred. It’s fun and gratifying to teach Jackrabbit Leaders otherwise I wouldn’t have been doing it for decades! (But retiring soon.) ... I’d be happy to answer questions and give more information. Just an update that the Stretch & Strengthening session is full! :) Thanks so much!! Note: Be careful when pulling up to the parking lot; may have to use the street as well. You will be required to use hand sanitization upon arrival at the chalet (we have one placed at the entrance door for your convenience) and you are required to wear a mask covering my mouth and nose while inside the chalet except for when within your designated exercise zone/ bubble.... The stove and sun have taken the chill out of the chalet but dress in layers and bring lots of water :) Looking forward to seeing you tonight.

Getting ready for Ski or Snowshoe Season with a Fit for Fall series at Pasadena Ski & Nature Park!! Kicking off Next Monday at the chalet: 3 yoga inspired stretch & strengthening sessions with me . Then topping it off with a Chocolate &Wine Yoga Fundraiser evening around our cozy fireplace. ... Bring a towel, a cozy blanket & your water bottle. Will use chairs for the 3 Monday sessions.
