This picture was taken 8 years ago by my bud @deejayzattar when I took over the Red Apron incubator kitchen at 571 Gladstone Navigating life in these pandemic times is hard for all of us & it has it's own particular challenges for a small seasonal business like mine.... Effective January 1st, I will be closing the kitchen at 571 Gladstone (not my business!) & taking a couple months over the winter to spend time with my family & explore future possibilities for Pascale's Ice Cream. I'm pleased to announce that @foodworks_och will be taking over my lease at 571 Gladstone where they will be operating their #social enterprise & continue to #incubate small food businesses Do not worry!!!!!
