Prized tomatoes grown in the south of Italy are harvested and cut by hand. These semi-dried tomatoes are both soft and intense in flavour. Plum tomatoes become Pomodoraccio, and smaller sweeter cherry tomatoes become Pomodoraccino. Perfect addition to pasta or pizza, or just eat them on their own!

Just landed! New harvest Oro del Desierto XVOO. The family-owned company takes advantage of the 3000 hrs/yr of sunshine to produce award winning olive oil. Their Coupage balances the flavours of arbequina, hojiblanca and picual olives for a smooth oil with a slight bitterness, notes of spices and a peppery finish. The Origen limited edition uses oils of the rare and ancient Almerian picual unique to the region, which has a longer maturation rate that results in a very balanced and particular flavour, with a complex aroma.
