Here for another shift at the Nipissing Hospice and doing the main stove duties (as Joel having some much well earned time off). Made the pasta and ready to add the sauce for dinner service

A brilliant day in the Pasta Hostess hood, did my first virtual class, Italian Appetizers for the Holiday Season for a Health and Wellness Event organized by the Hands Family Health Network. Hats off to Bev Martin for organizing and hosting at her home. Great questions from those attending virtually and the picture of the actual appetizers are Lindsay's, who watched and created them on her own. Great job!
