My son, Ryan and I have joined together to run a creativity workshop called Natural Creativity. We will be exploring Nature for creative inspiration using the fundamentals of Forest Therapy to guide and tap into our intuition. A variety of outdoor exercises will be offered to stimulate the imagination to further develop one’s own artistic practice, regardless of your experience level or the medium you work in.
