Here is an interesting article on the positive benefits of writing for our emotional and mental health. This is super because I know firsthand how the AWA Writing Circle was beneficial for the participants this year during COVID.

2020 has left its imprint in every aspect of our lives from health, loss of loved ones, financial distress, isolation, mental health and vulnerability. On this last day of 2020, you may have a very different viewpoint of what is important in your life as you move forward into 2021. That answer will be different for each and every one of us. I extend wishes for a brighter 2021 that brings us recovery on all levels and hope for a light to move us out of this year of darker ti...mes. May you be healthy, may you be well, and may you find peace in this new year ahead. xo

Just finished setting up some tables at the studio. Some old and some new and some eco-friendly too. Selling off some more of the lovingly used yoga props from the old studio. (belts, blocks, blankets, wedgie cushions, knee pads...) ... The new books are marked down to 50% for clearing. Eco-friendly items back out again including dryer balls, beeswax wraps, straws (glass), straw brushes, colibri snack bags, ReCap mason jar adapters including sprayers, pumps and lids, baggu bags, BKind Bamboo soap dishes... and then there's a table of DIY containers for EO products that include foaming soap containers, rollerballs, sprays, serum bottles, nasal inhalers and more. A new product that I had ordered in the spring is in and it's a yoga circle which is a 1" lift for your head (when laying down) and it comes with a little mesh bag. See photo below.
