Living in the present moment is hard during times like this. Being here but wanting to be there. Wherever there is. A time where the pandemic no longer exists. When you get a new job. A new relationship. But can you feel the tension that thoughts like this create in the body? It may feel like stress or anxiety or a longing for change. It leaves us feeling powerless. Step back into your power by focusing on any change you can make now, to get you to that 'there' place. Fo...cus on the feelings that you want to feel in that place. Feel it now. All we ever want is to feel better. Wanting to be there is about wanting to feel better than we do in the present moment. You can feel better now. Visualize what you want and experience the feelings. #selfcare #mentalhealth #selfhelp #authentic #mentalhealthtips #selfdevelopment #thoughtsbecomethings

Need some inspiration? Talk to a child. They see the world in such a pure way. Anyone who knows me, knows that my niece and nephew are two of my favorite people. Time with them soothes my heart in a way I don't experience often. Today, they were visiting me at the farm and we were out walking and wondering where my missing cat, Angel might be. Leia loves cats and Angel in particular. Her advice to me was " Don't give up, Jazzy. Don't ever give up. Angel will come back" ...Her words lifted me up, as I believe that children are naturally intuitive. She gave me hope. If there is something you are looking to manifest in your life or perhaps just even struggling through the pandemic, let Leia's words lift you up as well. Don't give up on your dreams. Stay in a place of possibility. Hold on to hope. Keep moving forward. It is my hope that my beautiful little soul's words, will be what someone else might need to hear today. From my heart to yours, Never give up #consciousliving #selfhelp #authentic #mentalhealthtips #mentalhealth #inspirationalquotes #inspiringkids #kidssaythedarndestthings #love #hope #believe #always #nevergiveup

Who's in your herd? These 5 souls are one of my greatest joys. They are my herd. I am blessed to be able to spend time with them everyday. They have been my saving grace through this pandemic. We are social beings and need social interaction. Be conscious that social distancing has not led to social isolation. Make it a point to connect with your herd as much as possible, in whatever way you are comfortable with. ... What I am noticing is this pandemic is influencing us in subtle ways and impacting our emotional well being. We need to be conscious, every day to make our emotional health just as important. Ask your body what it needs right now. Ask your heart. Connect with others. Connect with nature. We must make this a priority. #selfcare #mentalhealth #personaldevelopment #pandemiclife #consciousliving #loveyourself #horseassistedtherapy #animaltherapy

As we enter February, the Hallmark month of love, I invite you to work on loving yourself more. I believe the root of our unhappiness is a lack of self love. Can you love yourself better? Can you believe that you are enough? And how would your life change if you did? Do you spend as much time focused on your relationship with yourself as you do with your partner? If not, what will you do differently today, this week, this month? Can you begin by speaking to yourself kindly? ...To be unapologetically you, and therefore honouring who you truly are. Begin by affirming I AM ENOUGH. Because you always have been #selfcare #mentalhealth #selfhelp #selflovequotes #depression #anxiety #mentalhealthtips #consciousliving #iamenough

I didn't wake up with that smile on my face today. In fact, I was feeling pretty down. Sad, overwhelmed, frustrated. This pandemic and lockdown (#2) is too much today. Missing people and experiences and just life. Last week I introduced a 10 day challenge to find your joy. And I will be honest....it was a challenge! Finding joy in a time of major restriction, is hard. If you are feeling that way too, know you are not alone. So I looked instead for moments of joy. Something ...that maybe just brought a smile to my face. I let myself feel sad. And then I made myself move. Go do something, anything, to change up the energy. Thank God for my animals. I intended to just sit with Angel, the cat, in my truck to warm up. But then I thought he might like to go on an adventure with Cali and I. And he did. And I found myself laughing and smiling at his response. And just like that my mood lifted. I see you. I feel you. I know it's hard. Keep going. You are not alone. Today is #bell #letstalkday. Let's keep the conversation going. Let's be honest with how we are doing and help each other through this. Look for your moments. The moment is all we have. Sending lots of love and light #bellletstalkday #selfcare #mentalhealth #personaldevelopment #consciousliving #pandemicmentalhealth #pandemiclife #cats #dogs #animaltherapy
