Once I finished mispronouncing his last name I went on to have a wonderful interview with Carlos Taylhardat. We talked about his business, inspiration, supporting the community, and business struggles through the pandemic. Hey everyone, I got the opportunity to interview Michael Binkley, local Sculptor. I've known Michael and his wife Michelle Binkley for a long time and I was really excited to interview him. I learned so much about art and sculpting, the history and Michael's vision. You won't regret taking the time to watch as there was a lot of interesting information for everyone. It's also nice to know about our local artists who've become successful (his work is beautiful and everyone should see it).

Being a former restaurant owner, I'm making it my mission to help out as much as I can without gaining a bunch of weight. My plan is to showcase as many as I can through my Parkbench site. Starting out with The Thai House on Esplanade in North Vancouver. I spoke with Desmond Chen their director of operations and he shared some of their ideas and struggles.
