Patricia Chauncey passed away on Tuesday Jan 13. Her resilience in her 14 year fight with cancer was extraordinary, and she continued with her art and her connection with her community to the end. This Celebration of Patricia’s Life and Art will be held on the upper floor of Chapel Arts, 304 Dunlevy Ave. in Vancouver. All friends and family are invited to this event, which will have the format of a celebration of life starting at 3:00 pm with an Art Wake starting at 4:30pm a...nd running into the evening. There will be some food, much music, and a cash bar. Instead of flowers, and in keeping with Patricia’s values of Justice, Not Charity, please give support and energy to organizations in your community that defend public education or people in poverty.
