Earth Day. So much of my inspiration and rejuvenation as an artist comes from my daily walks outside. The changes in the seasons, the patterns in the trees and leaves, the sky and natural light all refresh me. Every day is a gift. Thank you Mother Earth for the continuous creative energy. I hope everyone can get outside today and just take a look around at how lucky we are.

Last day of January! We’ve had snowstorms, inaugurations, more restrictions and healthy resolutions. With all of that, every day, a walk outside. If all you do this year is walk outside each day in nature, at the end, it would be a very good year.

Earth is crammed with heavens.

Happy New Year! All is calm. It’s been quiet around here with early bedtimes and long walks outside. Hope everyone can add a bit of nature to their daily routine in this new year.

Received some Christmas cards in the post this week, which was a welcome surprise. We are doing minimal decorations this year but I love seeing the cards on display on our table.
