Came through Château Bagel this morning (on St-Jean-Baptiste, beside the Jean Coutu) justbat the right time to catch the shop’s newest young bagel master at work. By the looks of it, his skill far exceeds his age already! These bagels are AS GOOD as St-Viateur’s. It’s no surprise seeing as the shop’s founder/owner worked at St-Viateur for decades! 1 dozen bagels from Chateau Bagel purchased around 8:30am -9:00am is the best 9$ you will spend all day.
