Basement reno with steel studs, drywall & t-bar ceilings - a thing of beauty!

Here we framed the walls of this basement so that the spray foam would go behind the framing to create a thermal break. We spray foamed, drywalled, and the grey stuff is Monocote thermal barrier. Affordable and what a difference in temperature!

Old saggy ceiling with no vapor barrier upgraded with spray foam and level suspended drywall ceiling. Walls of house and basement were also spray foamed making this 100 year old house more energy efficient and air tight than most houses built in 2021! The total cost for spray foam for this job was only $5400. You really can't afford to insulate with anything or anyone else!

Our great tradesmen completed the framing, drywall, and drywall finishing in the Best Western Lobby recently. Denny's restaurant and the whole hotel will be open soon. Beautiful building!
