Is it just me or are you all ready to kick 2020’s butt to the curb? Ugh. This is the time of year that I buy crisp new planner (that I never use) and contemplate all that I want to do in the upcoming year. I feel like 2020 has taught us that we really aren’t in control of much. Which is liberating and disconcerting at the same time. I do know that I can control the energy that I am bringing with me into 2021. One of the things I am changing is how I run my business. I hav...e finally given myself the permission to have a life outside of work (baby steps!!) The changes I make will reflect that. I will still always be looking for the best products to keep my clients hair in the best condition and will continue to always be learning new techniques. Of course, I will continue to go above and beyond in my customer service. Those are areas that I will never compromise on. Do I expect to execute this new decision 100% perfectly? Nope. But as a wise women (Sheila P.@bethereloveution) tells me to-I will remember to be compassionate with myself. Wishing you all the best in 2021! Be gentle with yourselves. Onward! Patti
