MOUNTAIN RESCUE! Meet Eleanor, our newest addition at AARCS. This teenie-tiny gal is only 2-3 weeks old and will need round-the-clock bottle feedings until sh...e is able to eat on her own. We've seen a lot of unusual rescue tails, but this is a bizarre story indeed. Eleanor was found on the side of a mountain where a couple of kind-hearted souls found her and took her in. With no mother in sight, they knew that she was at risk and needed immediate assistance. Today she made the journey to us at AARCS where she will be cared for as if she were one of our own. Young kittens are extremely fragile and their chances of survival without their mom is not great. However, we pledge to do everything within our power to keep her healthy over the upcoming weeks and there will be no shortage of love!
