It might not feel like other Christmas’s, but there is still plenty to be thankful for. I’m going to try and focus more on that as opposed to dwelling on what we can’t control.

3rd successful closing this week! My sellers worked their tails off on updating this home. When you couple that effort with some effective staging, you create atmosphere and make it more inviting to buyers. I love the character in these century semi-detached homes! Congrats Will and Wendy!
