#PaulCharles 15 years ago I met a young first time Buyer named Tony. He was looking for his first condo and he gave me the honour of helping him find it. He just wanted to live on his own and build some equity. Tony recently asked me to help him prepare and sell that condo. I am very proud to let you know that we sold it the first day for over list (highest sale to date for that size of unit), and he purchased a gorgeous executive home overlooking the lake. Our plan fell in to place. Well done Tony. I appreciate your faith and trust in me.

#FridayFun I received another Drive-in thank you gift, from another little friend of mine named Jordana. She went to see the new Sponge Bob movie at my Client Appreciation Night last week with her Dad and little sister. It was her first time to a Drive-in and she said that "movies are way better under the stars". Couldn't agree more.

#FridayFun So I'm driving around this week flippin through the radio stations and I hear "Heaven" by Bryan Adams. So, I leave it on and I play some steering wheel drums and sing along. Then, I am devasted because my screen shows the channel as an "OLDIES" station. Man-o-man .....where did 1984 go? LOL. Have a great weekend.

#FridayFun This is an awesome picture that my brother Norris gave me years ago. I love it. Fat baby with a big melon just givin 'er (it's not me .... but it's close). I got my first drum kit when I was 7 years old but didn't really start playing until I was 13 (hmmm .... that's 40 years). This picture plays on the phrase "start them young". #FridayFun Since this is "FridayFun", I wanted to share that I scooped myself a parts bike to keep my favorite motorcycle humming along. I found the same bike, in almost the same condition, that had been stored from 1990-2019 and has less than 25k on it. I will swap over some parts and put that low kms engine in my original baby. So excited.

#FridayFun I got out and enjoyed the beautiful weather today with my dear friend of 35 years, Gary French. We grabbed breakfast in the village of Coldwater and had a few hours on the motorcycles, enjoying the warm sun. Have a wonderful weekend, Pauly

#FridayFun So most of you know that I am not a big fan of tornados (survived two of them). We get a warning today on our phones and I look outside and it's sunny and warm .... I'm like come on .... but pretty surprised to see this when I got home. No big deal, but I hope everyone is safe and secure. Enjoy your weekend. Pauly
