Enjoy An Outdoor Workout . These last few days have been really impactful and I’ve been trying to educate myself as much as possible. I want to send love and positivity to everyone right now. I’d like to think that a lot of good will come out of this if we all keep trying to improve each day. I also want to share fun and very efficient workout from the other day. Level Up Your Leg Day With This Banded Booty Workout! . I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve never appreciated bands so much in my life. I’ve also found I’ve learned so many new exercises and/or modifications because of this isolation period and it has forced me to change up my workout regime. I’m actually really thankful for that because I find my body needed a change and I’ve been seeing some great results from home! So here’s a leg workout you can do from home or add some of these exercises into your gym routine! .
