King's Landing / Lake Nipissing, North Bay November 14, 2020 I hope you're all having a great weekend so far! Here's a photograph I took earlier tonight of the sun setting behind King's Landing. The lake was incredibly calm tonight and there were lots of people down at the waterfront also enjoying this wonderful view. Every year I'm always blown away by how beautiful the sunsets are in November, but every year I have a hard time adjusting to it being dark out at 5pm

Lake Nipissing, North Bay October 30, 2019 I was nearly ready to put my bicycle away for the winter but since the weather has been so nice these past few days I've actually been able continue riding...and in shorts, no less! That definitely doesn't happen every November, haha ... Here's a photograph I took at the end of October last year looking straight out across the lake from my backyard - the sky was full of so many beautiful orange and yellow hues that were being reflected in the calm water and even though there's nothing in the foreground I really love the depth of colour in this picture

Trout Lake, North Bay April 26, 2020 Good morning! Can you believe we're already into November? I think I've felt this way every month this year but now that there's less than two months left in 2020 it seems even crazier to think about. Here's a photograph I took at the end of April of a beautiful sunrise over Delaney Bay in Trout Lake - the clouds look like they're exploding up over the horizon and the rising sun ignited them perfectly...I'm really happy I got up in time to see (and photograph) this one!
