There is a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to rezone a property at 2306 Orchard Rd. to establish a residential zoning similar to surrounding properties.The meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 1 from 7-9 pm. No application has been received and no decision has been made by the City. Public comments may be directed to the applicant at this time.
