There is a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to rezone a property at 2306 Orchard Rd. to establish a residential zoning similar to surrounding properties.The meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 1 from 7-9 pm. No application has been received and no decision has been made by the City. Public comments may be directed to the applicant at this time. On behalf of Fairview GO Ltd., Weston Consulting is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to redevelop the property located at 5041 Fairview Street. The proposed development would consist of a mixed-use development consisting of two 20-storey residential towers, with commercial and office space provided on the first two storeys. No development applications have been submitted to the City of Burlington at this time, and the City has not mad...e any decisions on this proposal.
