This delicious dish is usually made with precooked cornmeal which is gluten free, filled with three kinds of meat, but today we made it with chicken. The meat is cooked with different seasonings, spices, herbs, as well as potatoes, carrots, raisins, capers and wrapped in banana leaves.... Available for two for $20 taxes in, and called Butifarras Soledeñas, these small sausages are perfect for a gathering and usually served with bollo de yucca, mini arepas, or yucca frita.
