So today I have been reading all about megaesophagus - my dog has it so I am learning so much. Contrary to popular belief it is not a death sentence. Bandit has had it since birth and he is 7 and was diagnosed only a year ago. It has to be managed but for the most part, the dogs live healthy lives.
