Chico Hi! I’m Chico! I was brought to PAWS by a concerned citizen who was worried for my safety. I am a super happy little guy, and I absolutely love to run! Zoomies seem to be my favorite hobby so far. I like my stuffed toys, and chasing balls, although bringing them back isn’t really a thing yet.... I’m new to PAWS so the volunteers still have lots to learn about me. I will need an active family who will provide me with ample exercise. We have been receiving a lot of applications and emails from people asking us to contact them when a dog or cat becomes available. Unfortunately at this time we aren’t able to do wait lists or go back through old applications due to it taking up too much of our volunteer time. If you are wanting to adopt, please: - Keep an eye on our website pawspemberton.com, our Instagram, and our Facebook page. These ...are all up to date and current. - Fill out an application for a specific animal or litter in our care when they are listed on our website. If it says adoption pending, it means we are in the process of doing interviews and are not actively looking at applications coming in. -Be patient. We only contact successful applicants at this time. Just because you are not a good match for a certain animal, doesn’t mean you won’t be a good match for another one in the future! This year has been an exceptionally busy year for kittens at PAWS. We have adopted out over 30 kittens this year (not including adult cats), and are trying to recover some of our costs. The kittens need food, litter, parasite control, vaccines, and spay/neuter surgeries, all of which come at a cost. If you are able to donate it is hugely appreciated!
