We at PAWS are trying very hard with our tent and heater to make sure everyone stays dry and as warm as possible during these COVID times and cold temperatures. We along with most veterinary facilities continue to have a Paws-only policy. This is to ensure veterinary staff stay healthy and can continue to provide the needed essential care to your furry loved ones. If a staff member falls ill with COVID then the whole business will need to close as we must work in close proximity to each other to ensure proper pet care and therefore we would all need to quarantine. Thank you so much to everyone who have been so understanding and cooperative through all this, you have been AMAZING!!. Thank you for being patient and kind during this time. We are being extra cautious and still have a Paws only policy. We understand and want you to visit us inside again but we have had 2 staffs family members contract COVID and one staff exposure who had to quarantine for 14 days. Thankfully everyone now is doing well and have tested negative!! . We want to keep yours and our families safe so we are taking precautions very seriously. Please help us to be kind, calm and safe.

Taking my Willow kitty to the cardiologist today at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital. Our clinic has made many referrals to this facility but I have not been here myself.
