Lol missed posting this yesterday but Happy Groundhog Day

Today was fresh bedding and turn out day. Horses were frisky but happy to finally have a warmer day to frolic and play

I am a Riding Instructor. Commander of "heels down, eyes up" and "inside leg, outside rein." Adjuster of stirrups. Tightener of girths. Holder of hands. Dryer of tears. Tacker-up of saddles, big and small. Horse whisperer. Cultivator of dreams. Teacher of life lessons, in addition to riding lessons. Curry comber. Picker of feet. Clipper of bridlepaths. Giver of leg ups. Reassurer. Answerer of all the questions. I run off caffeine, ibuprofen, my students' smiles and them meet...ing milestones. With every up and down - literally and figuratively - I'm there every step of the way keeping my riders safe and helping them meet goals and progress with every ride. Sometimes I get it right. Sometimes not. But I give 100% every lesson. And I love my job.
