Another COVID update. (my apologies if this is coming to you a second time a few technical difficulties) The new essential services guidelines that have been put in place this weekend allows for the maintenance and service of pools as an essential service. Construction projects while allowed if already permitted are becoming difficult as we are not able to access the materials we need. We are asking our valued customers to consider opening their pools early this year. If w...e can get the bulk of these done in April that will free up our team to work on some of the delayed construction in May. If you have spoken to us about a new liner, we are able to put these in. Once operating the pool will require few chemicals until the warmer weather arrives and Ontario Hydro is giving everyone a bit of a break to run the pumps. I will be contacting people who have booked their opening to see if they would consider an April opening. Thank you for your consideration and understanding

To Our Valued Customers, This spring we are living in a very different world. The health and safety of our customers, employees and their families, is our number one priority. We are closely following the development of government recommendations. We have been researching the industry's interpretation of the list of essential services put forth by the Ontario Government and we have come to believe that aspects of our industry are an essential service. We provide service and ...support to maintain the safety and sanitization of commercial and residential swimming pools and back yards. Going forward there will be some limitations in what we offer, but we will work with each client to ensure that we adopt and follow practices that will keep everyone healthy and safe and help to flatten the curve. Health Canada and our Government officials continue to advise that the following measures: frequent hand washing, minimal touching and the practice of social distancing, are the best defence against the virus. We will be in contact with you before we come to your home or property to review practices and ensure that everyone is comfortable moving forward. Our team will be exercising social distancing, for the safety and protection of their wellbeing as well as that of all our families. We appreciate you respecting the fact that they will remain at a distance during any delivery of products and services, as well as during the completion of work at your home. Should any requests arise that our team members do not feel comfortable completing, you will be notified and rescheduled. Some technicians may opt to wear protective gear such as masks or gloves. This is not to suggest that they are ill in any way, rather they are taking the necessary precautionary measures to protect both your family and themselves. Together we will work within the government recommendations to make sure your pool and yard are properly serviced and as clean and healthy as possible Thank you for keeping up your end by practicing these recommendations with us. This week we get to say goodbye to March 2020. We hope that you and your family are well and want to thank all those heroes that have kept us going over the past weeks.
